No returns without prior authorization. In the event you must
return an item, call us for a Return Authorization Number ( RMA ).
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns. All
shipping costs will be the buyer’s expense - C.O.D. returns
will not be accepted.

RLY & Associates makes no express or implied warranty of any
kind with respect to products offered. We do however have a
30 day replacement on any USED PARTS that are defective
unless otherwise stated on your invoice
